The Lafuma Group Foundation is under the control of a Board of Directors made up of 9 people. Its role is to direct Lafuma Group Foundation strategy and to approve the projects it supports.

The Board of Directors meets twice a year.

The Board of Directors is assisted by a Consultative Committee that acts in a more operational capacity: it receives, pre-selects and follows up projects throughout the year.
